Mission
About Me
From a young age, I was drawn to the feeling of being fast and the challenge of getting faster. Competing on the track sparked my passion for performance, but it was the science behind it that gave me purpose. The search for patterns and answers eventually led me to a career in data.
As a data analyst and coach, I kept asking the same questions:
What does real progress look like? How much rest is ideal for different types of workouts? How can we track training zones and volume in a way that actually makes sense? What’s everybody else doing, and what’s actually working?
The deeper I looked, the more I realized how limited the available tools were. Most programs were either too generic or too complex. And as online content became more popular, it became harder to separate real insights from opinions and trends.
With a Master’s in Data Analytics and years of hands-on coaching experience, I decided to build what I couldn’t find: a modern, research-driven, flexible tool built specifically for track and field coaches.
About PlanR
Track PlanR is that tool.
It’s more than just a place to plan workouts, it’s a full coaching system that brings structure, clarity, and insight into every phase of your program. From day one, the goal was simple: make coaching easier, more organized, and more effective.
With PlanR, you can build custom training programs for multiple event groups, assign athletes and assistant coaches to specific plans, track zone volume, visualize trends, and streamline daily planning.
The Workout Generator provides a smart foundation for training. Based on proven research, it adjusts to your chosen distance, intensity level, and athlete profile, giving you a solid starting point that you can adapt to your own coaching philosophy.
The Time Chart was developed by analyzing elite sprint and distance data to forecast realistic splits and target times. Whether it’s 10 meters or 5,000 meters, you’ll know exactly what pace to target, giving your athletes clarity and confidence on the track.
PlanR helps you manage what matters: workload, trends, and long-term progress. Built with simplicity in mind and shaped by real coaching experience, it’s the system I wish I had when I started.
About RostR
After every meet, I used to spend up to an hour just logging results. That’s time I could’ve spent planning, reviewing film, or talking to my athletes. That’s why I built RostR, a data automation tool built directly into PlanR.
RostR takes meet results and logs them in seconds, saving you hours every season. A process that used to take up to an hour now takes around 30 seconds. That’s not a stretch, that’s more than 98% of your time back!
But it’s not just about saving time. RostR turns raw results into insight. You can track athlete progression across the season, review color-coded performance data at a glance, group athletes by time for more targeted training, and log splits or workout times without the manual grind.
It’s evolving fast, just like your program. And like PlanR, RostR is built to give you the information you need, when you need it, in a way that actually makes sense.
